I have been in the business for 5 years We are a family owned business and are looking to become more organized and profitable. We will help other family member only in management. It is our plan and goal to retire off our Real Estate portfolio and leave a legacy to our kids while living a life style that is exciting, fun and enriching. This is not a hobby, it is a change in career and a new beginning for our family and business. We will need help with getting payments on time and communication with our tenants. Our current system is very unorganize and we are serious about getting a handle on this process. We would also like to provide a our tenants with an experience that is unmatched to any other landlord. I am motivated and looking forward to getting this program up and going.
