I have been involved with rental properties for over 15 years as a realtor, investor, and property manager. My goal is to place the best tenant in a property. To achieve that goal, I spend my time and efforts in identifying the best leads and doing due diligence in confirming a tenant's ability to meet the standards that we have set to present to the owner. A quality tenant and a quality owner make for a great relationship for all. It is also important to keep an owner informed about the rental market - new laws, market conditions, economic shifts.

Communication is critical to supporting the tenant and the owner. It is the primary responsibility of a property manager to keep all parties informed. I have found over the years that providing timely and effective communication can alleviate many problems and create better relationships with the tenant and the owner.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, sports, travel, cooking, and Pickleball :-)).
