I'm 33 years old and have been playing rich dad poor dad cashflow board game since I was 14. I love all things residential real estate. I own a couple rentals myself and have helped investors buy rentals and I've managed them for them. I have fix and flipped a few properties which has helped me acquire great tradesman, and I have bought and sold over 500 homes for people as a realtor. I promote that living in Utah is a dream for many who love the outdoors. I enjoy mountain biking and jeeping. Utah is #1 in the county for taking people in poverty and providing opportunity for them to become middle class. I'm personal with my tenants and have always had great renters who respect the property and pay on time partly because of the personal relationship I maintain with them.
