College rentals require parent/guardian co-signer. I also manage properties that are rented on a weekly or monthly basis, primarily in the summer months. As a resident of Narragansett I am able to drive by and or inspect all managed properties on a random yet regular basis. In ALL my free time (that’s a joke) I like to be surrounded by friends and my family. I do my share supporting the local businesses but I also enjoy a quiet night home with loved ones watching movies and staying connected.
