Being a transplant myself allows me to help the tenants I've worked with navigate and transition to a the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). My expertise in real estate gives me the opportunity to better serve not only the landlord but the tenant as well. Sometimes potential tenants have decided to purchase, instead and I can help them with that too. I love helping landlords and tenants find the best match for each other. Cooking and entertaining is a love of mine, so I know how important the right home is.
