Ash Gupta started his real estate journey back in 2008. He purchased his first single family home through a short sale and this experience piqued his interest in the potential of real estate as a means to attain financial security and passive income. Over the last 15 years he has built his own real estate investment portfolio within and outside the US, including multi-family rental units, single family homes and land assets.

In 2010 Ash completed his undergraduate in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from CSU Chico and went on to receive his MBA in 2014 from University of Connecticut, where he graduated at the top of his class. During these years, his work experience ranged from starting a local restaurant, working as a teller at Bank of America, to working at Otis Elevator in their marketing department. After completing his masters, Ash came back to Bakersfield to start his logistics company and expanded it to 30+ big rigs. During this journey he honed his contract negotiation, financial analysis, communication and risk management skills.

Ash was born in an entrepreneurial family which instilled a strong work ethic in him - customer focus and people skills a part of his DNA. Having built his own real estate portfolio, he has first-hand experience in the complexities of the real estate buying and selling process. He takes great pride in helping his clients realize their realty dreams, while ensuring that they are informed and comfortable through the whole process. His vast and varied experience helps him assess the market, property and economic aspects in-depth and guide the customer in the right direction.

When Ash is not busy helping clients, he enjoys gardening, traveling, trying new local breweries/restaurants and reading.
