I have been working with the community for the past 25 years. Tenants are hard to deal with. With the experience and dealing with all types of situations. Sometimes we just need to listen to the renter to understand the situation to see how we could help. Sometimes the issues are not that complicated. Tenants sometimes just need you to help them resolve the issues. Not speaking the language. Makes it very hard. I'm bilingual I speak Spanish. I deal with all issues before I get the owner involved. If the problem can't be fixed. I'm always available for tenants to contact me. As well as the owner. I always inspect the property once a year to see if the tenant needs any repairs or to see if the tenant has not violated the rental contract.
