AMA Property Management ~ Real Estate, broker Angela Ma is licensed to buy/sell properties in the state of California and certified in property management, with CCRM and PMC. Angela has extensive knowledge in the array of real estate, from mortgage loan experience accumulated through working for National banks such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, California Bank and Trust and Zions Bank in the last 20+ years as a loan officer, portfolio manager and a CMBS underwriter, to buying/selling real estate experience as a Real Estate Broker, investing in properties and employment with Redfin, advising clients on what to expect as a first time buyer to those with more experience, and on what to expect working with the company and general processes.

Angela’s experience stems from credit analysis, portfolio management, origination, asset management, underwriting commercial real estate and a property manager. Angela has experience in working with appraisers, lawyers, HUD, Rent Board and Banks to provide direction to relief hurdles along the way. Additional experience as a CA commissioned Notary Signing Specialist, familiar with loan signings for multiple lenders and title companies provide a solid understanding in mortgage. Angela is also a licensed mortgage broker and able to assist with finding a loan program that fits your special need.
