I have been in the real estate industry for about 10 years and love everything about it. I have spent most of my time in real estate helping people find homes in market rate, student housing, affordable housing and home ownership. I manage and treat your properties like my personal rentals. I have a BS in Accounting which is another service that I provide to my investors. Accurate accounting is important to a well run property. I have been building my personal rental investment portfolio for the past few years with my husband and I understand what it takes to find a good rental, maintain cash flow and protect the asset and it's value. I love helping investors rent and manage their units and alleviate stress and time required for my clients.
