As a Philadelphia native, I recognize the value of the client's place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations and meet their financial goals. I have been in property management for 11 years starting out as a leasing consultant; working my way all the way up to a regional property manager. I have worked with a large team and self-managed. I have vast knowledge in property management managing all types of multi-family homes from luxury to market rate and low-income tax credit. With a deep understanding of the law regulations in ordinances that change very often. My goal as a property manager is always to be the seamless liaison between the resident and investor/owner. Well meeting the goals set forth by the owner and building a wonderful rapport with tenants. Outside of property management, I take pride in family activities and my love of photography capturing those memories with my family.
